None. ITSM stands for IT Service Management — the practice of delivering and improving IT as a service to the business. Whether you’re a certified ITIL Expert or you’ve never heard of a service catalog, you’re welcome. We keep the conversation accessible and skip the jargon when we can.
Each city has its own meetup, its own schedule, and its own RSVP. The Florida hub (this site) is the umbrella — find your city and register there. The kickoff events run May 12–20, 2026, one per weekday, so you can attend multiple cities if you’d like.
None. We don’t assume you have ServiceNow, a CMDB, or any formal ITSM tooling. Sessions are designed for teams working with whatever they have — even if that’s just email and a spreadsheet.
